We begin by conducting a Skills Gap Assessment with companies and organizations in the digital economy. This allows us to identify the specific skills that are in demand and those that need improvement within the local workforce.

Creation of Learning Pathways

Based on the assessment, we create Learning Pathways that are customized to meet the identified skill gaps. These pathways provide a clear roadmap for students and workers to follow, ensuring they acquire the relevant digital skills.

Institutional Integration: We work with senior high schools, colleges, and universities in Capiz to integrate these learning pathways into their curricula.

Partnership with Key Institutions

TED collaborates with academic institutions and government agencies such as the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). These partnerships allow us to develop and offer scholarship programs for students, making it easier for them to pursue digital skills training.
